Delivery Terms and Conditions

Delivery Charges and estimated delivery time

Most items are dispatched from stock within 24 hours of receipt of order, or next working day after weekends or holidays.

Standard Delivery to Mainland UK (Including Scottish Highlands)

Order under £40 delivery charge £1.75 Dispatched via Royal Mail standard parcel service (estimated delivery 3-5 working days)

Order over £40 Free Dispatched Via Interlink Express or Royal Mail standard parcel service signature required (estimated delivery 3-5 working days)

Express Delivery to Mainland UK (Including Scottish Highlands)

All courier deliveries are dispatched via Interlink express delivery charge £5.00 for orders up to £20 Kg (estimated delivery 1-2 working days)

Please Note all courier deliveries will require a signature on delivery.

Sorry we are unable to offer an express delivery service for offshore orders.

Delivery to Germany , Italy , Spain

All orders delivery charge £18 Dispatched via Interlinkexpress signature required on delivery.(estimated delivery time 3-7 working days)

BFPO

All orders will be dispatched to the Selected British Forces Base within the normal UK standard delivery times. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a courier service to BFPO addresses. Please note delivery dates are out with our control once the goods have been delivered to the Base.

Please note that we reserve the right to change the method of shipping at any time .

My Royal Mail order has not arrived.

We email you to let you know they have been dispatched. In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't arrive please first contact your Royal Mail delivery office. If your postman tried to deliver your order but could not for whatever reason, the order will be taken back to your local sorting office where it will be kept for three weeks. After three weeks any unclaimed orders should  be returned to us.

Unfortunately there are rare occasions where an order becomes misplaced. If your order hasn't arrived after 15 working days after dispatch we can report them as missing and will process your claim.

Please note Adventurebaby will not action refunds, exchanges or claims for missing parcels until these 15 working days have elapsed.

My Interlinkexpress order has not arrived.

We email you to let you know that your order has been dispatched. In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn't arrive within the allotted time please contact us directly. Please note Interlinkexpress deliver Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.

Interlinkexpress tried to deliver but I was out.

Deliveries will usually be made Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. If you were out the courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collection. The courier will not try to deliver the goods the next day unless you have arranged  redelivery.

I have received my goods but they are damaged.

Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly on receipt, should any item you purchased from us prove to be damaged or incorrect on receipt please notify us immediately.

Wherever possible please note any damaged on proof of delivery sheet.

Failure to do so Will result in disappointment.
